Load calculation
We measure the house — square footage, orientation, glazing, insulation, duct capacity. Not the sticker on your old unit.
Fixed written quote
One number, itemised, valid for 30 days. No tier sheet, and nobody stays at your kitchen table until you sign something.
Install day
Most single-system changeouts are one day. We pull the permit, haul the old equipment, and register the warranty.
How we quote the job
Every house is different, so we do not put a number on a page and hope it fits yours. What we will tell you is exactly how the number gets made — and you will have it in writing before anyone asks you for a decision.
- A free load calculation on site. About forty minutes. Square footage, orientation, glazing, insulation, ceiling heights and duct capacity.
- One fixed written quote, itemised, valid for 30 days. It does not move on install day unless you change the scope.
- No good / better / best tier sheet. Tiered pricing is a negotiating tactic dressed up as a choice.
- Permit, inspection and haul-away included in the quoted figure, not added afterwards.
- No presentation. Nobody stays at your kitchen table until you sign something. If the number does not work, that is a normal outcome.
The four jobs
AC installation and replacement
Condenser, coil and lineset. The most common job we do, and the one most Frisco homes need first, with permit, inspection and haul-away included.
Complete HVAC system replacement
Air conditioning and heating replaced together as a matched set — 15 to 25% cheaper than doing them two years apart.
Heating and furnace installation
Gas furnaces, electric air handlers and heat pumps, sized for a North Texas winter rather than a Chicago one.
Ductwork replacement and redesign
When the ducts are the actual problem. Static pressure, undersized returns, attic trunks that have leaked since the house was built.
What we do not do
Repair work, maintenance plans, duct cleaning, dryer vents, air-purifier sales, commercial buildings, and vehicle air conditioning. If you need any of those, we are the wrong call — and we will say so on the phone rather than after a visit.
