Quotes

This site does not publish prices. The written quote issued after an on-site load calculation is the binding figure, and it is valid for 30 days from issue. Any figure given verbally beforehand is an indication only.

Scope changes

If work outside the quoted scope is required — ductwork, electrical panel capacity, attic platform rebuilds, abatement — we will identify it and price it before proceeding. We do not vary a price on install day without your agreement.

Warranty

Equipment warranties are the manufacturer’s and are subject to their terms, including registration within the required window. Labour warranty terms are stated on your quote.

Permits

We pull the required mechanical permit and schedule the inspection for work we carry out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
